A Yoga Retreat with Sheranne
Ladakh, india
3 – 9 august, 2027
Ladakh is one of my favourite places on earth. When I visited, it genuinely changed something in me - the silence, the mountains, the light, the people. It's hard to put into words, but I've wanted to share it with others ever since.
This retreat has been specially curated with a lot of love and intention, and I hope that you will be a part of this experience.
With love,
Sheranne

Meet Your Host
-
Sheranne is a yoga and breathwork teacher who has been teaching for nearly ten years, shaped as much by her own practice as by the teachers who guided her along the way: Ganga Devi, S.N. Goenka, Tania Barton, Christina Sell, Patrick Creelman and Nicky Hadjithoma.
Her work is about helping people slow down, turn inward and return home to their bodies. Not necessarily to find something new, but to remember what was always already there.
Whether in a class, a retreat or a one-on-one session, Sheranne creates spaces where people feel held and safe enough to go quiet, and honest enough to meet themselves there.
Nourishment
Meals at Nimmu House come straight from the land around you. Fresh fruit and vegetables from their own orchard and garden, milk from local cows, bread baked in-house, and produce from nearby farms making up most of what lands on your plate. Most meals are served outdoors, under the apricot trees or in the traditional dining area in the main house.
All 3 meals are included during this retreat. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
